RW Electrical Services is a family-owned business deeply rooted in Tampa Bay. Led by local master electrician Robert Wade, the company reflects decades of training and real-world experience. Robert began his career at Irwin Vo-Tech and went on to complete a four-year Local 915 apprenticeship with more than 8,000 hours of hands-on training and night classes. He spent over twenty years managing large-scale industrial projects for major names such as Tropicana, Budweiser Tampa, Mosaic, Cemex and US Sugar. In 2010 he earned his Florida state electrical contractor license (EC13004328) and chose to shift his focus back home, founding RW Electrical Services to offer personal, high-quality electrical work to his community.
This journey has built a company culture based on pride in workmanship and genuine care for clients. By combining technical skill with a personal touch, RW Electrical Services stands out as a trusted name for homeowners, businesses and marinas throughout Tampa Bay.

Robert works alongside his sons to deliver safe, code-compliant electrical solutions for homes, businesses and marine projects across Tampa, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Mira Bay and Symphony Isles.
